Owner/CEO

Jen opened Flatirons Family Pharmacy in 2014 to bring personal, wellness-focused care back to her community. With decades of experience and a passion for functional medicine, she helps patients live healthier lives without the burden of being over-medicated.

Rodney Diffendaffer, RPh

Clinical Pharmacist

Rodney blends functional and preventative medicine to help patients feel their best. He leads immunization clinics, wellness programs, and end-of-life care, and spends his free time gardening and enjoying life in Berthoud with his family.

Derrick is a licensed pharmacist specializing in customized compounded medications. With 15+ years of experience, he also holds certifications in veterinary pharmacy, MTM, and immunizations, and enjoys traveling with his wife and dog.

Pharmacy Manager/Clinical Pharmacist

Angie is our pharmacy manager, overseeing staff and clinical wellness programs. She holds a PharmD and multiple certifications, and loves documentaries and hanging with her cats in her free time.

DPP Lifestyle Coach, Operations Manager

Melina is a certified pharmacy technician and DPP Lifestyle Coach who leads our CDC-recognized Diabetes Prevention Program. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, the gym, and spending time with loved ones.

Lead Compounding Pharmacy Technician

Jess is a certified pharmacy technician with experience in retail, hospital, and compounding. With a background in psychology, she’s passionate about delivering safe, high-quality medications—and raising her 4-year-old daughter.

Jaydon Nazarenus, CPhT

Compounding Pharmacy Technician

Jaydon combines his love for chemistry and medicine through compounding, finding purpose in creating custom meds that truly help people. He’s also been scuba certified since age 13.

Vidal Dominguez, CPhT

Pharmacy Technician

Vidal helps make each visit and call to the pharmacy smooth and friendly, assisting with intake, filling, and patient care. Outside of work, he enjoys building PCs, reading, and napping.

Connie Maestas

Community Care Representative

Connie handles deliveries and shipping, going the extra mile to ensure patients get their meds on time. She’s a Navy vet who loves bowling, gambling, and time with her grown kids.
