Jen Palazzolo, RPh

Owner/CEO

Jen opened Flatirons Family Pharmacy in 2014 to bring personal, wellness-focused care back to her community. With decades of experience and a passion for functional medicine, she helps patients live healthier lives without the burden of being over-medicated.

Derrick Waller, Pharm.D.

Director of Pharmaceutical Compounding

Derrick is a licensed pharmacist specializing in customized compounded medications. With 15+ years of experience, he also holds certifications in veterinary pharmacy, MTM, and immunizations, and enjoys traveling with his wife and dog.

Angie Peterson, Pharm.D.

Pharmacy Manager/Clinical Pharmacist

Angie is our pharmacy manager, overseeing staff and clinical wellness programs. She holds a PharmD and multiple certifications, and loves documentaries and hanging with her cats in her free time.
